On Track Team
Hey everyone... so I got a pretty busy day today. I have to go teach 50 parents and staff how to work with children with special needs. Behavior modification is so much fun. My co-worker has been mia for a few weeks now so everything is landing on me to do so I will be doing 8 hours of teaching by myself today.. sound like lots of fun.. I know. So I wont be on til later tonight but I thought I would get the ball rolling with our On Track Team.. So here it goes...
Vitamins- done
Fluids-- havent even started but I am sure I will drink with all this talking.
Food-- eating my breakfast now.. they have a place there so I will buy some protein there.. Probably wont get my snacks in but I will try
Exercise-- been focusing on my stomach lately and man is it sore today. Tuesday is my day off from the gym but I will do my routine at home...
Goal-- To eat and drink enough today since I will be pretty busy all day.

Sounds like you have a BUSY day! Good job with exercising ... doesn't that sore tummy feel great??? I love that feeling!
Vitamins: not a problem for me
Fluids: not a problem, I get in over 70 oz. a day
Exercise: I took a Spin class last night and I worked so hard and got a bit dizzy afterwards. I think part of the problem is that my dinner didn't want to go down last night so I only ate a couple bites before going to class. I felt really weak afterwards! I'm starting to come down with another cold so I think I might take today off and rest! Tomorrow is another Spin class and strength training for me!
Goal: to stick to my planned eating today, write everything down and not eat any extras!
