Protein Balls
I got this off another board some time ago...they are a nice snack...
1 cup chocolate protein powder
1 cup whole oats
1 cup reduced sugar peanut butter - creamy or chunky- whatever you prefer.
sugar free maple syrup - just enough to make it all stick. Some people us honey also.
Just mix it all together and form balls...smaller than a golf ball.

10 carbs
10 grams of protein.
