You are just too cute. I had a fast food burger for lunch which usually races through my system so I'm hoping it'll do it's "thing"! I belonged to a gym I just have to suck it up and join again! Thank you for your constant encouragement I can really use it! I'll be trying the s.f. ice cream should the fast food burger not work (in addition to the colace which i've taken but doesn't seem to be working either!) Hugs, ANDI

you know, that is a good thing. ;) okay I promise today will be better. B: oatmeal (160 Cal) and I do not care if it takes 3 HOURS to get it down, I will finish the whole envelope!
