On Track Team
Well the start of another week is here and we have all pledged to get back on track so here's your chance to sound off... Are you doing everything your suppose to be doing..
Vitamins--- done
Fluids--- working on it
Food--- got my plan for the day
Exercise-- doing a step class tonight and meeting with my trainner today...
Goal--- to watch my carbs... the pretzels are winning again... just love that crunch.
Vitamins - a.m. vitamins down
Fluids 8 oz coffee down and working on a 16 oz bottle of water.
Food - brought leftover crabstew w/ 5 lowfat ritz crackers, a mandarin orange fruit bowl, 1 oz of cheese and 3 more crackers for today, not sure about dinner yet.
Exercise - i have my gym bag in the car :D
Goal - ge****er in and stay away from bad snacking

Vitamins-- working on it, I don't have a problem in this area, I just spread them all out through the day
Fluids-- not a problem for me either
Food-- here's my weakness! I have a written plan for my day so my goal is to STICK TO IT!
Exercise-- I have a 60-minute Spin class tonight! Woo hoo!
Goal-- to eat according to my plan today, no extras!

Fluids - Decaf, non-fat, sugar free, cinnamon dolce latte - does that count?
Food - 1 protein ball so far - gonna eat my 3 meals - NO SNACKING TODAY!
Exercise - training tonight - have to increase my runs by 1/2 a mile - YIKES
Goal - less carbs...no snacking...fluids, fluids, fluids.
today is shot, I'm grumpy and I've eaten poorly which is leading to more grumpiness! I have not been drinking well i've been nursing a decaf coffee all morning long and I can't seem to get it down. Tomorrow alas is another day and I'm going to plan my meals out tomorrow. I got home late last night and I know i'm too tired to focus today but that's a poor excuse! I did manage to get my morning vitamins in so that's a bonus for me. I keep vowing to go to the gym but so far, nuttin! Does anyone else have this phenomenon that when they have to go poop they can't seem to get any food/beverage in? I can't imagine that i just put that down in writing. ANDI
My little andi.. i am sorry to hear you are not having a good day.. Yes I can always tell when I need to go poo poo.. I dont eat as much, but for the most part a little sf ice cream clears that problem right up... great excuse for ice cream right..
I didnt exercise until 8 months out so I am not the one to flame you.. I just started going to the gym and getting my exercise on..
Tommorrow is a better day.. I hope it starts out good for you and you can get on track tommorrow... smile.. we all have those kind of days... and were right here rooting you on.. now go potty girl and set yourself up for tommorrow.. the days not over yet.
