B- one egg, one piece of cheese, and one sauage patty... Sauage mcmuffin with out the muffin..lol..bout 200 calories i would guess L-- 3 oz of roast beef and some salad... 250 calories D-- Salad with oz of chicken, 4 bites of a baked potato and 2 oz of cheese broccoli soup 300 calories 750 in calories today.. well.. i tried to get it all in.
