On Track Team
Day two of the on track team... are we ready to do all the things we are suppose to do each day in our journey of a healthy you... put it down now.
Fluids--- working on it and I'll get them all in
Vitamins-- done
Food-- going to grandma's today so I will work at keeping the menu right
Exercise-- gonna go to the gym tonight and do some racketball.. did my home exercises.. triceps, inner thighs and sit ups.. problem areas.. i work on them each day.
Goal-- To survive the day with my kids as we go to grandma's to see the horses with the one horse passing its gonna be a tough day all around.
Fluids - got 1 bottle of water to drink still. Will do that during the evening
Food - yay, had 5 grapes and a protein shake for snacks...woohoo. I've been in control today. Also made healthy choices and haven't over eaten
Goal - to get on my rowing machine again tonight.
Hope it went ok at your grandmas today Carla - you and your family have been on my mind today because of it.
Thanks Ruth... Orlando wouldnt ride a horse today.. he kind of acting like they werent there but the other kids did well. Grandma brought a couple horses over.. not hers just to fill the stalls so the kids could pet them from her friends house.. She is looking to buy another horse in May so by than we will have better picture of what is out there.

Not going to the gym tonight.. got home to late but will do my other exercises and I did go horseback riding today so that should count for something..
