Once I made the commitment to this new regime tonight I have done well
I have not had a snack tonight after dinner (a good choice dinner too), I have had all my water and did 30 minutes on my rowing machine (first time doing it for that long woohoo)
Tomorrow is a new day and a new start on this journey for me.
today is a wasted day for me! I had a half of a bialey (bagel like bread product) this morning at a work baby shower, they had (5) different kinds of danish/coffee cakes and they were still warm, I almost sobbed but i had my half a bialey and enjoyed it, then i ate nothing else and almost fainted so i had a fast food burger (half hte bread whoopdie doo) I've made bad choices but i'm going to start again tomorrow and do it right. ANDI

I am dying for a snack, not because i am hungry, I just devoured a huge halibut steak and 1/2 a broccoli and a bunch of carrots.
