Here we go.. each day I will post this and we can all say if we did everything we are suppose to do today.. We are all struggling to do the right thing so here's are chance to get back on track and work towards our goals.. Heres how it goes.. we will monitor our eating.. drinking.. vitamins and exercise... so I will start it off.. Fluids--- working on it.. almost got 70 cc's in by noon today.. Food-- working on it.. gonna get my protein in today Vitamins-- done Exercise-- Spin class and met with my trainer.. going back tonight to play some racketball..good workout day for me.. Goal-- to monitor my food intake today and get all my protein in first and carbs in last.

Hi there Carla! I like this idea! Another thing I accomplished today is that I went grocery shopping and I did not buy the Little Debbie snacks that were on sale for 98-cents. Whew! There was also Valentines candy calling at me everywhere but I did not buy any. Instead I bought some sugar free pudding ... this is my reward on "gym" days! I also bought some more protein bars and some cheese. Tonight I'm going to the gym and I have a bunch of fun fast-paced songs on my MP3 player and my goal is to run for 30 minutes again. Gotta do it! sounds good.. so we got the right food going on.. we got the exercise.. hows the water and vitamins.. U are definately on the right track... way to go

I always respond well to great catch phrases! Fluids - just need one mor ebottle of water before bed and that's me done Vitamins - done Exercise - rowing machine is out ready and waiting for me and my food to go down! I WILL get on it in 30 minutes Food - hmm, well, until we started posting about getting back on track, not good, but since then, I haven't snacked and have had refried beans, & taco ground beef topped with grated cheese - about 1/2 cup altogether for dinner...oh no, hubby has just come in eqating chocolate - not fair not fair. Mindyou I did always say I need to be able to allow him to eat things that I 'choose' not too. BTW he is a skinny thing!! Goal - to not eat anything else tonight Thanks Carla, this is really going to help

thats great.. get that exercise in.. it releases all that good feeling and makes you wanna do all the good things we need to good.. way to go.. Better late than never.. keep up the good working on eating.. hubby can eat all the chocolate he wants.. he needs it.. but u are strong.. u are invisible.. u are woman.. go girl...
