Pledge
OK guys
here's the deal. Sounds like loads of us are struggling lately with eating right.
SO....
WE CAN DO THIS...if we take it one step at a time. If you feel you need to post what you are eating more frequently - do it. If you need to take one meal at a time - do it. I know I can't carry on like I am. I've come too far to blow it.
If we each take a step at a time and hold each others hands we'll get through this. This too shall pass.
For me, I am going to have to take it one meal at a time, and one inbetween a meal at a time. The protein shakes are coming back and the protein foods are coming back. The carbs are going out. I am like an addict, and I can't handle just one. One leads to another and another.
Pledge:
I pledge that -
If I want to eat when I shouldn't be eating I will have a drink
I will have 1 protein drink as a snack each day
I will not each carb snacks

I pledge that -
I will get in all my water.
I will have 1 protein shake a day.
I will limit my carbs better.
I will NOT eat more than ONE snack a day...I will not GRAZE
I will stop munching at night.
I will continue exercising.
We are ALL struggling with this it seems and I think if we find the inner strength to stick to our pledges this tough time will pass. It only takes 2 weeks to break a habit!!!
I pledge to not quit on my exercise program..
I pledge to take my vitamins everyday.. (i'm really bad at that).
I pledge to avoid carb snacks and get all my protein in.
I pledge to eat more small meals instead of 3 big ones to get my metabolism up.
I pledge to make my life better each and every day.
I pledge to drink a protein shake for one snack a day.
I ate my oatmeal today instead of chocolate coffee cake
lunch will be more protein less carbs
dinner will be pizza but I know that in advance so I can 'plan' for it.
fluids. gracious, I need help with the fluids.
