S- Cheese 2 oz.. 180
L- 2 oz chicken and beans... 250
D- Sizzler salad bar... 300
Almost up to a 1000 calories.. they want me to get more in since i exercise now..lol
B: 3/4 cup Special K Protein Plus cereal with skim milk, 1/4 banana with peanut butter
S: half a slice of peanut butter bread
L: half a ham and cheese sandwich, 10 grapes
S: 4 whole wheat Ritz crackers with 1 slice Kraft singles cheese, half a slice of peanut butter bread
D: I'm making hamburger patties from ground turkey
S: sugar free pudding and a pack of south beach cookies
Total calories: 1043
And, I ran for 30 minutes straight on the treadmill at the gym! Woo hoo!!! I'm almost ready for that 5K in April! WOW!

Eating NOT good lately, so am not going to embarrase myself giving the details. Sufise it to say that probably my calories have been ok, but not my nutrients.
Feel free Carla to post this thread when I don't as internet access is going to be erratic for a little while.

OK missy.. get back to basics with the eating.. I've been seeing you post that you've been not doing well with the eating.. starting today...yes today... lets get back to the basics... you can do this... are u taking your vitamins... drinking your fluids.. gotta take care of yourself..
