Thought i would repost in case you didnt see it on the other post.. Saw the doc.. she did a complete blood panel to check all my vitamins but says I probably put pressure on the front of my knee making it fall a sleep.. go figure.. and she did mention crossing my legs..lol.. the leg is not swollen, discolored or even painful.. it just feels really weird.. like the skin is asleep.. she said continue what I am doing and just keep an eye on it.. she also said i can continue to work out.. but I think i will avoid leg workouts for a couple days.. just to be on the safe side. you can just call me numb leg for a while..lol

Can you do me a favor please, ice it then heat it for a few days (no more then 3-4) and if it still doesn't feel "right" can you insiste on a doppler scope (fancy word for a sonogram) on your leg just to make sure there are no blood clots in it? I know i'm patty paranoia but i'd rather be safe then sorry. Thanks and i only worry because i care so very much, ANDI

Thanks for the update. But as Andi has said, don't just leave it...be proactive just in case! Here's to it getting better rapidly

I read somewhere on the main board that we really need to watch out for B1, Thiamine, deficiencies because they can cause neurological problems like numbness. Keep us posted on the lab results. Hugs, Darlene
