B - 1/2 English Muffin w/ Eggbeaters, Cheese & Turkey Bacon (170 cals) S - Crave Control Yogurt w/ Bran Buds (125 cals) L - 4.75 ounces Roasted Turkey Breast, 1/2 C LF Cottage Cheese (225 cals) S - 2 ounces FF Chips (150 cals) D - 3.5 ounce Pork Chop, Mushroom Gravy over Rice (305 cals) S - English Muffin w/ SF Preserves, Lite & Fit Smoother (190 cals) Not too bad. Add in several tablespoons of SF creamer and my totals are Cals - 1328 Fat - 38 Fiber - 27 Protein - 108 Had WAAAAAY too much coffee today (I was so tired) but I also had at least about 80 ounces of water. Not too shabby a day - for me!

2.4 oz (20 gm) protein bar 12 oz bottle cranberry grape buttload of graham crackers 1/2 soft shell beef taco .5 oz chocolate candybar 1 dinner roll 40 oz chamomile tea
