WDYE Tuesday?
B: 3/4 cup Special K Protein Plus cereal with skim milk
S: 1 slice Kraft cheese single with 4 whole wheat Ritz crackers
L: 1/5 oz. tuna mixed with mayo and relish on 1 slice whole wheat bread, 2 grapes.
S: haven't had it yet ... don't know what to have
D: I've got "carne asada" meat going in the crockpot and I can't wait to try it ... it smells heavenly!
I'm sure I will give in to some sort of snack after dinner ... hopefully I can keep that to a 100 calorie pack!

B1 - AchieveOne Protein Drink (5am)
B2 - 4oz cottage cheese with raw veggies (10:30am)
L - Sloppy Nachos (10) of them and i only made 10 this time so i'm doing great (3:00pm)
S - 2oz beef jerky (5:00pm)
D - Fudge Pop, i'm just not hungry (6:19pm)
I realized i got in 917 calories today, according to fitday, and 85 grams of protein, how many calories are you all getting in? Am i eating too much do i need to drop the nachos (i already know i do but i crave them now)
You know what's funny, before surgery mexican food made me queasy (sorry carla) because it looked like someone ate it before i got there....now however, I'd love it.
(15) baked scoops - that's 1 serving but we can't eat 15 yet i make them all anyway
1/2 cup chunky salsa (or amount to taste)
2oz ground meat/tofu (i enjoy turkey in this but i've used everything)
1/2 cup Mexican Cheese Mix (2 % fat from Kraft)
put the scoops on a plate, layer on the meat and salsa then cover the whole thing in cheese and microwave it till the cheese is ooey gooey, wait a minute after the microwave goes off or you'll burn your mouth (been there done that HATED it)
