I usually try to eat proteins that are solid but are moist.. they seem to go down better. Today at lunch I microwaved some chicken and it was pretty dry. Instead of putting something on it.. i ate it.. and it didnt feel to good.. I ended up throwing up and getting it out of my little pouch.. now my tummy hurts.. Does anyone else have a problem with eating things like chicken, beef if its dry. I do everytime.. I dont have to do much.. put some cheese on it.. have it with gravey, juice from the meat.. that kind of thing.. I was just wondering.

Yes, yes, yes! I have this problem really bad! I rarely can eat meat that is reheated. Unless it is swimming in sauce of some sort! And any meat I eat has to be juicy or have sauce on it or be really, really tender. One night I ate chicken in a hurry and it went down but then I went to the gym and had to barf in the locker room. It was bad! Deanna

Me too! Must be very moist! I don't even try dry meats anymore.

It's true though, you find out how religious you are during those times. I had cold cereal and milk on Saturday, and it was adult healthy cereal not my usual cold cereal choice. I was heaving and hurling like the devil was up inside of me. I had a full out conversation with G*D hanging over that bowl and it was deep and meaningful and was more like, if you're going to take me DO IT NOW dont torture me and prolong it, do it just do it. it was just a horrid feeling!

Moist meat or meat in some sort of sauce or gravy. Dry meat just sits in my little pouch and yells to come up and it usually does. Kel

I can not eat as much, still only about 1.5 oz of the dry stuff, I can eat it and keep it down.
