Beat baking mix, milk, and eggs with wire whisk for about 1 minute or until almost smooth. Pour into pie plate over beef. Bake about 25 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake about 2 minutes longer or until cheese is melted. Cool 5 minutes. Garnish with lettuce, tomato, and olives. 6 servings Calories: 340 Fat: 17 grams Carbs: 16 grams Protein: 30 grams *** (I use ground turkey instead of beef. I know this reduces the nutritional content but I don't know how much. The nutritional content is when you use beef.) ***

do you use the reduced fat bisquick or the regular one? I'm not sure who in my family would eat this but i know they are all sick and tired of my sloppy nachos that's for sure! Hugs, ANDI
