B - 1/2 cup greek yoghurt with a drizzle of honey L - 3oz tuna & sweet corn S - 3 x 100 cal pack chips (not all eaten at one time - spread out throughout the afternoon) Not good choices though S - chocolate candy bar D - 1oz cheese 2 slices ham 1/ cup greek yoghurt & honey Not a good day food wise

B: South Beach Diet meal replacement bar S: Danon Light & Fit yogurt L: half a ham and cheese sandwich, half an apple S: don't know yet. I tend to get all mixed up here and overeat so I'm trying to figure something out that would be a good snack! D: making taco pie S: will be sugar free pudding and a 100 calorie pack after Spin class at the gym Deanna

I think it might be easier for me to tell you what i DIDN'T eat today as opposed to what i did eat. For some reason i grazed all day long, not on bad foods just on a huge amount of it. I have to get this under control before it goes all bad. Hugs, ANDI

B----Oatmeal 1 serving 120 calories S--- 2 oz of cheese 150 calories L--- 2 oz chicken, 2 bites of potato, 2 bites of peas 200 calories D--- 3 oz chicken salad 300 calories S- Strawberry smoothie (no yogurt) and 40 grams of protein. 200 calories Ouch.. I think I ate to many calories.. but I did work out 30 minutes on elipitcal machine and did my back and arms at the gym...

B - 1/2 English muffin w/ eggbeater, cheese & turkey bacon (170 cals) S - 2 pcs FF turkey lunch meat, 1 colby cheese stick (120 cals) L - Smart Ones Sirloin & Asian Veggies (160 cals) Laughing Cow Cheese on WASA Cracker (70 cals) S - Lite & Fit Yogurt w/ Bran Buds (165 cals) D - 4 ounces Turkey Breast, Sweet potatoes, bread & butter spread (330 cals) S - shrimp ****tail (150 cals) FF chips (95 cals) Totals for today Cals - 1431 Fat - 37 Fiber - 42 Protein 112 Drank plenty of water. Pretty decent day for me.
