WDYE Sunday?
I worked out at a gym today and they trainer says I am not eating enough especially if i am gonna work out like I am so I tried to add more food to my diet today..
B- oatmeal and half of a banana
L- chicken salad
S- pretzels
S- smoothie with no yougurt or sherbert and shot of protein
D- Chicken 2 oz. one bite of potato, and 2 bites of peas...
S- Ice cream (sf) small scoop
probably hit my doctors goal of 900 calories for the day... didnt gain weight so I am happy.
