WooHoo.. no longer obese!

I am officially no longer in the obese catagory. As of this morning my BMI is 29.9 so I dropped out of the obese catagory to being overwieight. Still more to go but I am getting there. I started at 412 and am at 246 as of this morning. My doctor's goal for me is 210 but my personal goal is 195 but that really depends on how I look and feel at 210. I need to take some pictures and update my avatar too, that was taken about 50 lbs ago.

Ha ha ha I was just about to post this for myself too. So I know just how it feels - GREAT!!!! Congratualtions, well done, you deserve it
