WDYE Fri / Sat?
Friday
B- 1 and half egg with cheese and some ham
L- 2 oz of various meat and chicken and 2 oz vegatables
D- sizzler.. had a variety of food. not sure of exact amounts..
S- pretzels.. yes.. i cant help myself
Saturday
B- same and friday.. eggs with cheese and ham
L- 3oz of chicken salad
D- Tri tip and vegies total 4 oz
S- Im just gonna say I will have preztels cause I am already thinking about them.. we will see...
Still only eating between 600 to 800 calories a day.. I may to increase this if i start going to the gym for spin and cardio classes.. hmmm.
