I just want to clarify my surgeon want me to lose 129 lbs that will leave me at 193 lbs give or take . . . so his weight goal is to lose down to 193lbs only 59lbs away from that goal my personal goal is to get as close to 160lbs as I can.

1) How much total weight have you lost? 133.5 lbs. since surgery, 338 lbs. including pre-op. 2) What is your surgeon's goal weight for you? Never specified, although he referred to the 70% thing on my first visit. 3) How far are you from that goal? My dream goal is 130, that is 190 lbs. away. 4) What size clothing do you wear? Anywhere from a 2X to a 5X depending on what it is and how it runs. 5) How much do you exercise? Not a lot of "formal" exercise, mainly just continually increasing my mobility. 6) What is your favorite snack food? These days, Chruncho's protein crisps. 7) What is your favorite meal? Hmmmm, hard to say. 8) What's your favorite thing about your new body? That it doesn't hurt all of the time.

I'm game... here it goes 1. 115 pounds 2. 150 3. Reach doctors goal yesterday. 4. I wear an 8 in womans/ 9 in young miss. Shirts large in young miss/ medium in womans 5. Do more each day.. curves.. cycling... and looking at joining a gym soon. 6. PRETZELS.. save me. 7. Chicken herb or chicken in some gravy base. 8. My waist.. it is very small. except for this flab all over it.. Its also my least favorite area. Yeah.. go friday. Had my remecade treatment today.. takes about 3 hours and kicks my butt.. slept most of the day..

I went through my own "funk" last week. I was premenstrual (what a cruel joke) and i gained almost 3-1/2 lbs and i knew it was from pms, my boobs were killing me i coudln't even walk fully upright, my rings didn't fit etc etc and yet the scale going up made me crazy nuts cuckoo, go figure! I didn't want to poison the rest of you May'ers with my negativity so i stayed away, which was foolish. You can always email me through my profile i love keeping in touch. Hugs, ANDI

You would never poison us.. thats what we are here for. those bad times too. When I went through my funk you guys where the only ones that kept me sane and able to accept I wasnt going down the wrong road. We are always here for you.. please remember that.. I missed u while u were gone..

1) what is remecade? 2) thank you so much for your kind words, you make me feel so cherished 3) I have to find a gym, I have not a pot to take a p*ss in but i need to do something I know i'm not helping myself by not toning up, I also can eat more when i'm working out and I really need to eat more food do you find that you still portion out your food like you're a larger woman? Now i know i can't eat the (15) baked tortilla chips that is says in a serving but heaven help you if I get gyped out of some of my chips, i need to see them on my plate, I know i won't eat them but i want to see them that's for sure. Remecade is a very strong medication that is only done by iv. before they give it to me i have to take tylenol and benedryl to counter any side effects I may have when they start the iv. its used for my arthitisis and it is really strong but its the only thing working for me.. without it I cant even pick up a piece of paper. I try and only put what i am gonna eat on the plate becasue i was one of those kids that was told to finish whats on my plate.. i have gotten better at having more food on my plate and not eating it.. At home I use a small kids plate so I dont waste as much and when I go out i box up the rest of my food right at the begining... that way I dont take that one exter bite and die for an hour after.

Hi Andi Do you live in Manhattan? I will be at the Times square Marriott all day Wednesday (we are flying in Tuesday am and have a business dinner (YUCK)! And my husband has meetings all day Wednesday... I planned on doing some shopping and finding a show to see for us later that night. We go to New York often (we have another home in Hopewell NJ which is 1:20 min for times square but are selling it as my husband took another job and we are relocating to NC. But if you close it would be cool to meet.
