WDYE Wednesday?
I'm back..................
B - nothing
S - 70 calorie pack baked chips (low fat)
L - 1oz cheese 8 chunks pineapple
S - pretzels - several, had the bag open in my drawer at work and kept snacking throughout the morning
S - several small pecies of chocolate throughout the afternoon / evening
S - few mouthfuls of tuna (oh that tasted good and actually got my body into wanting protein thank goodness!)
D - pasta with chicken and bacon again - small bowl (larger thn 1 cup, probably about 1.5 cups?)
B: one slice whole wheat toast with 1 oz. melted cheese
S: sugar free hot cocoa with skim milk
L: piece of leftover meat crust pizza, about 6 Frito chips (dear Lord, get those out of the house!)
S: graham cracker with peanut butter, and a tootsie roll midgie
D: will have chili with cheese and a dollop of sour cream
After the gym I'll have some sort of snack ... either a 100 calorie pack or a sugar free pudding cup
I went grocery shopping today so I got some fruits, veggies, and some meat! I was running out of everything! I need to do better about having balanced meals.

L- beef asada meat with cheese.. bout 4 ounces.. 250 calories.. i think
D- Pork roast.. 4 oz. with some steamed summer squash..yummy.. 300 calories..
S- will I be able to stop myself fromself from eating those pretzels.. i dont know.. but it if do it will be 100 calories.. he you only live once.

not a great day but hey its life
b -7:45 coffee followed by Atkins morning start bar (11g protein)
L - 10:30 1/2 soft taco (lots of meat and cheese) 16g
s - 1:00 reese cup and 3 cheese/peanut butter cracker 5g
s- 3:30other reese cup 2g
S- 5:00 pintos and cheese from taco bell 10g
d - 8:45 (late b/c one of my good friends was in the hospital delivering her twins ) Red lobster crab legs and 2 shrimp from scampi, 2 bites baked potato, and 1/2 cheese biscuit 10g (really didn't eat much meat)
s -11:30 (watching american idol on my dvr lol) 1 piece bread with 1tbspoon peanut butter and 8 oz milk 14g
