WDYE on Tueday
B - decaff latte
S - cookie
L - 2oz chicken, 1oz cheese, 10 pineaple chunks
S - about 3 bags of chips - spread out throughout afternoon / evening, peanuts, candy, pretzels, etc...I feel like I didn't stop eating and I made myself feel unwell from all the carbs
D - bowl (more than 1 cup) of pasta with chicken bacon and mushrooms with sauce.
I know I ate more than this but actually can't remember it all. I'm ashamed at how much I have eaten.
I know I am sabotaging myself, and making myself feel rough, but I have gone back to the habit of eating when I don't feel well
I'll give myself this week and try to get back on track
