Is anyone else having problems with static electricity in their hair.. It is terrible.. what do you do for it.. I cant put a shirt on without my hair going nuts for an hour and I touch it and it follows my hand away. I use a special medicated shampoo for my psorasis but I dont think thats whats doing it. Is their something out there to stop the clinging to my scalp thing.. help

I don't have an answer for you. Mine hasn't had static but the texture is totally different after my surgery. I had a mediocre amount fall out but that stopped a couple months ago. Now the texture is all weird and it won't style the same anymore. I don't know what to do with it! I'm wondering if the new growth will be different or something ... I have no idea what to expect. Plus I'm trying to grow it out so I feel very awkward and "weirded" out about my hair right now! Have you tried putting some spray gel in it to see if that would help? Or maybe a frizz control spray or cream might help with the static? Not sure! Deanna

yeah... my texture is totally different as well.. style.. I have no style.. I am letting it grow.. I want to color and perm it but I'm affraid of what would happen.. I have had a lot of hair loss in my opinion but I still seem to have hair so I am happy for that.. it seems to be slowing down though.. whoot.. no.. i havent tried anything really.. it just keeps going nuts.. I was wondering if their is a spray on conditioner of some type that might help..

I use infusium23 leave in conditioner....it seems to work for me and I have very thin hair and it was thin before the hairloss and now even more thin but thank goodness the biotin and zinc are working and it is growing. Kel

Don't talk to me about hair - mine is almost non existant!! Mindyou, I used to have to fight to get it to stay straight. Now it is soft and smooth and feels great! i just hope that I don't loose it all.

There is a spray. I can't remember the name. It is to get static out of clothes. I used to spray it on my bru**** worked very well. I have tried, also, hairspray on my brush and that also worked. Good luck. Paula

The spray is Static Guard, it is great. In a pinch I have also rubbed a Bounce on the static-y area.
