NO.. SAY IT ISNT SO... Well a pound is a pound.. muscle takes less room than fat does.. I have noticed my clothes are getting loser even though I havent lost any weight and have actually gained those two pounds.. News flash.. this morning I seem to have lost all but 2 oz. of what I gained.. so the scale is moving in the right direction again and I hope to see it go lower in the coming days.. whoot.

WooHoooo on the scale! I've got my monthly girly deal starting today so i'm hoping the (3) pounds i've accumulated will whisk themselves away, my rings don't fit well and iv'e got a ring where my socks end (what's up with that?) so i'm hoping it's water weight. I started back at the gym last night, we'll see how long this lasts, I'm not a great gym go-er i lose momentum the second it gets cold and nasty. I think iv'e got a seasonal disorder because I want to stop shaving my body and i want to hibernate (gosh i hope you get that reference and not just think i'm nasty) Hugs, ANDI
