What did you eat Wednesday
Popcorn is a serious downfall for me!! Try the 94% FF stuff. The whole bag in only like 240 cals. Hubby, DD and I split a bag a couple times a week and it really takes care of that craving!!
I agree about the healthier choices bit. I have found that I have been able to consume a larger quantity then most here from very early on. So I try to always make very healthy choices in order to get more quantity of food for my calories. Does that make sense? The better it is for me the more I can eat and still meet my calorie goals!

B- 1 scrambled egg, 1/2 slice whole wheat toast with 1/2 tbsp of natural peanut butter
s- protein powder w/8th continent light soy milk
L- 1 cup homemade chicken noodle soup and 4 slices of cheese w/4 wheat cracker
S- SB Diet peanut butter protein bar
S- ( late day, while at work) 1/2 turkey and cheese sandwich on whole wheat
D- will be chicken and brocolli my dh has made
I wasn't eating this often and I went to a support group in my area and the dietician said Im likely losing sooo slowly because I wait to long to eat and I should eat 6 X's a day. At first I thought it was too much, but I like the way Im feeling - eating well but never alot to where I feel the need to be sick!!! Cool Beans!!!!
