B- 8 oz decaf coffee w/ 2 splenda L (10:30) - South Beach Chicken Wrap (1 wrap all of the meat ) S - 1:00 - 7 Triscuits and 1 oz Smoked Swiss S - 2 cookies S - 1 cup popcorn (I told you all I was a snack-a-holic) S - 6:00 Sugar Free vanilla latte after gym D - Grilled Chicken Enchilda (ate mostly just meat) and about 1/4 cup refried beans, 3 tortilla chips w/ cheese dip I'm now freaking out. I usually barely get 800 calories in...my totals for today according to what I could find on FitDay (brutal honesty and it hurts). Calories 1266 Fat 57 Carbs 120 Protein 61 I never get that many carbs in. I know the number is inflated b/c I didn't eat but about 1/3 of the enchilada corn tortilla. But still...Those damn cookies boosted the calories up. I have got to stay away from the "bad" snacks. I was in such a good mood, now that I finished logging my food for yesterday I'm a bit (total understatement for effect) depressed. I'm not sure how accurate it all is b/c I don't have the exact nutritional info and fitday can be so hard to find exactly what you are looking for. Today's a better day, Mandy

I forgot to add that I 60 oz of fluids yesterday and I went to the gym yesterday and Monday. I'm hoping the increase in calories will jumpstart a weight loss. Maybe I've not been eating enough lately. I'l just have to make sure they are healthier calories from now on.

B: Egg beater & Cheese Slice on 1/2 English Muffin (130 cals) S: 2 Celery stick w/ FF Veggie Dip (80 cals) L: Lean Cuisine Meal (180 cals) SF Jello Pudding cup (60 cals) S: 2 pcs FF Turkey & Cheese Stick (120 cals) Orange (60 cals) D: Tomato Curry Chicken (220 cals) on small bed of rice (20 cals) Baby carrots (20 cals) Green Beans (10 Cals) S: FF Pineapple Angel Cake (80 cals) S: Shrimp ****tail w/ Sauce (200 cals) Add in some random calories for fiber supplements and several tablespoons of creamer and I was at about 1275 cals. A little over 100 gr of protein. My Dr/Nut recommend for me to get 1200-1400 at this stage so I was right on target with where I need to be. Even though many of you will cringe at those numbers!! I also got in 100+ ounces of water!
