Im so sore
Ok.. so I have actually gone to curves for 3 days straight... first exercise in years other than my couple bike rides which where at a slow easy pace for me. I hurt everywhere.. my arms, legs, sides, back, knees... it all hurts... save me... i'm gonna die... to top that off i gained a pound.... NOOOOOOO.... I need comforting cause I'm a big baby... =-(
no whining no sniveling i've got a cure for the future (won't do sh*t for you now though). In the future within 30 minutes of stopping your work out you are to eat a protein bar or a protein shake, it must be within 30 minutes though. What that does is rebuilds your torn down muscles, in order for your muscles to grow they tear down fiber wise and as they heal and regenerate you get hte muscle fatique that you have now. There there now sugar girl you'll be ok, remember to load up on your proteins so your muscles will feel better quicker. Hugs, ANDI
