I got those South Beach Diet cookies and they are AWESOME! The best part is that there are two cookies in a pack and only 100 calories. They are filling and really satisfying. So, my justification is that I can have a pack AFTER I've worked out at the gym. Then I'm entitled to a yummy snack! So far this is working and I haven't had them if I haven't worked out.
I'm trying really hard to get back on track with my snacking during the day. My vice lately has been to grab a spoonful of peanut butter. Yum! But that can add up quick so I'm trying not to do that very often. I do usually have a spoonful of peanut butter right before going to the gym because I tend to over-exercise and then I get really faint feeling. My trainer gave me the peanut butter idea and it really helps get me through my workout!
But, my goal is NOT buy any Valentines candy because I certainly can't tolerate having it in the house ... I would eat it ALL!

A spoonful of peanut butter isn't bad, make sure it's a level tablespoon of peanut butter so you can log it in, if you are working out have that second tablespoon if you want, the key is going to be to log it so we can count it towards our totals. You go girl, stay away from the Valentards Candy it's not good for you, has no nutrition and a pair of sexy panties will make you feel great longer then a piece of candy will, spend your candy money on new panties..something you wouldn't normally wear. My name is Karen and I am a bad snack -a-holic!! I sit at a desk all day in this little room full of high school kids (trying to keep them quiet)! I'm a study hall monitor! Really just a glorified baby sitter!!
Today I had for breakfast a protein drink and a cup of coffee. I've had my 33 ounces of water so far. Lunch I had ff peanut butter on light bread sandwich and jf orange jello. I have a baggy (quart size) of pork rinds sitting in my desk drawer that I have been munching on all day!!!!!!
I know I need counceling or something!! But I promise I will try better!!
