What did you eat Tuesday?
Sorry if this is boring, but I need to post for myself, to get me back on the straight and narrow.
B - decaf latte
S - 1oz chicken
L - 2oz chicken + 1 egg
S - handful of peanuts
D - same pasta mix as yesterday, 1/2 cup
Now I feel like I'm more in control of the carb snacking monster, I need to up my protein.
I need to start measuring stuff again i th ink i'm going out of control. I'ts only 5:14am but i'm having ranch dressing and feta cheese with red peppers as scoopers! That doesn't seem unhealthy and I thought i was starving, hence the reason i got up at this quirky hour, but after 5 bites i seem to be done. What's up with that? My scale is going nuts too, i know i'm due for my period next week and i'm so bloated i can't stand myself but the scale is going up and it's freaking me out. I wonder if i go back to protein shakes and liquids will the weight start coming off again? I know i can't do that for two weeks like i did at the beginning but for a few days is that a bad idea? I had a training yesterday so my schedule was a little off.
B - 8:00 a.m. I drank a profect on the way to the meeting.
S - 9:30 I had a snickers mini (the tiny square ones NOT the rectangle ones) and 2 Wheat and cheese crackers
L - 12:00 We went to McAllister's Deli. I had their club sandwich (1/4) and 5 baked lays chips.
S - 2:30 I had a milky way mini and 2 wheat and cheese crackers (I know, I know but the meeting was sooooo boring).
D - 6:30 I took my best friend out for her bday. We went to Ruby Tuesday. I had the Chicken BLT Burger and fries and salad. My salad consisted mostly of eggs, bacon, cheese b/c the salad makes me sick now since my Gallbladder was removed). I ate 1/4 of the sandwich minus the top bun (wheat by the way) and about 5 fries.
S - 9:00 1 oz smoked swiss cheese and 5 triscuits.
All in all not a horrible day, but not as good as I would have liked. Quitting smoking is playing a major role in the snack monster but I'm hanging in there. 8 days smokefree :D

D - Baked Tilapia Filet (4.5 oz)
2/3 C Mixed Veggies
1 Cheddar Biscuit
S - 4 oz Shrimp ****tail
2 T ****tail Sauce
S - 2 PB Granola Bars
A pretty good day. I ended with well over 100 gr of protein. And about 1300 cals!
