What did you eat today - Monday?
I did OK today, finally!! I'm pleased with myself, and I know it has a lot to do with knowing that I'd have to admit it to you guys if I snacked on bad choices all day!
B - 1 egg
L - 100 calorie pack chips (I hadn't prepared anything and this was all I had in the office. I am more prepared today (Tuesday) and have stocked up )
S - handful of peanuts
D - pasta, pesto sauce, pork, carrots, mushrooms mix (doesn't have a proper name!) - ate about 1 cup. I used to eat pasta all the time (one of my favourite foods) and really miss it - I hardly eat it anymore.
S - 5 small mouthfuls of Ben & Jerry's Heath Bar Ice-cream. Not as nice as it used to be so won't be having any more of that.
Yesterday was a weird day for me! My schedule got all out of whack and it just threw me off all day!
B: 3/4 cup Protein Plus cereal with skim milk
L: a leftover chicken tender from Red Robin
this is where things got messed up:
D: put a meatloaf (made from ground turkey) in the oven and went to my doctor appointment. It ran way late so I didn't get to eat before going to the gym. So I went to the gym and took a Spin class and nearly passed out after I got off the bike. I needed to eat so bad! So I came home and had a piece of meatloaf. Then I also ate a piece of chocolate candy and a 100 calorie pack. Ugh!!! But at least I fessed up!

I started out good yesterday with
B- weight control oatmeal and 1/2 banana
s~new whey protein
L-salad w/chicken breast
Ended up staying at work late UNPLANNED for 4 HOURS!!!!!~Had a hanful of potato chips and 3 twizzlers.....................then I got smart and got an apple and spoon of peanut butter( As you most know I work in a prison and cant take food back and I dont go up fron for lunch, I USUALLY smuggle in my food, but I only had enough for 1 shift)
I actually find it harder to smuggle in with the weight loss not as many places to hide the food!!
