I'm posting this now so I stick to it this evening and don't keep snacking and making not good choices! B - 1/4 cup oatmeal L - 1 cup chilli S - 1 mince pie with cream D - protein shake Better than yesterday - not toally how I want to be though. All the candy is now put away out of sight - much better

slept late 1 oz cheese and 1 boiled egg 15 1 oz cheese and 4 triscuits 8 3 triscuits 2 1/2 a chicken sandwich and 3 fries (from Zaxby's..a chain in the southeast...reall chicken AWESOME... the sandwich has bacon, cheese, lettuce) 10 Better day for me Only 40g of protein but I can drink a profect before bed. I was pretty busy yesterday so I dont remember to eat when I'm out and about. I sat down with grandma and had about 1/2 of a 6 oz steak and 4 bites of baked potato For dinner I had the res of the steak and some salad and cheese. Oh i almost forgot.. those dreaded pretezels came back in last night.. had 6 of them. not to good I guess.. will work on that today but havent eaten yet.. hmm.. its 1130. It's hard to get it all in if I dont start early and I know I'm gonna be busy again today. Waiting for some shelving to come to I can upgrade my garage...

I was EXTREMELY STRESSED OUT. Breakfast: .5 oz of oatmeal raisin cookies Lunch: LATE: 1 oz steak Dinner: 1 oz of tortilla soup, BLECH strawberry daquiri. and not one of those weakassed ones, this was a GROWNUP one. WHEW!!! I got half of that bad boy down and was buzzed like I ain't never been buzzed before, lasted 40 minutes and then I was stone cold sober so that was so much freaking fun, I downed the last half, flew for a lovely 40 minutes and then was fine. hehehehe desert: 4 oz custard flan (eggs / milk / sugar) that took me about 1 hour to get down, ate 1/2 in 10 minutes, waited 50 minutes, and then ate the other half. it was drizzled with maple syrup. yummy. it was quite the experience. I had a wretched hangover the next day.
