What did you eat today? 1/5/07
Breakfast - decaf coffee followed by Atkins Advantage Bar (10g)
10:30 - lunch - I tried the brick oven style chicken garlic alfredo pizza (lean cuisine) too many onions for me. So I ate about 5 wheat thins and 3 triscuits with 1 oz of LF cheddar cheese stick (9g)
I munched on Triscuits between 12:30 and 3:00 I have GOT to stop snacking!! I probably had 15 total.
We went to a seafood restaurants and I had steamed oysters 10 small/medium oysters with 6 saltine crackers, 1 small red potato (the little ones), and 1 bite of crab meat from the most awesome crab legs!! Probably about 4 or 5 oz so I'm guesstimating 30g of protein. We went for my best friend's bday.
Came back to my place and a few of had a mixed drink. I had vodka with pineapple juice and orange juice (Just one drink). But I had a couple handfuls of chips and popcorn (not a huge amount).
Better day than yesterday and still smokefree!!!! (okay I did take 2 puffs off one of the girls' cigarettes that came over to have a drink)

B: 3/4 cup Kellogs Protein Plus cereal with skim milk (added about 15 raisins to the cereal to sweeten it up a bit.) Yum!

D: got a DeLite pizza from Papa Murphys. YUM! So I had 2 very small slices and a couple bites of salad. I highly recommend this pizza ... it's tasty and lower in carbs.

I went to the gym and I RAN ON THE TREADMILL!!! I made it for 15 minutes. I'm sooooooo freaking proud of myself! I feel like the biggest clod-hopper on there but I did it and I was very proud! Then I also walked real fast for another 40 minutes. Hurray!
