Weekly Weigh In
Hi everyone!
It's Friday, so we can all relax. This is my first Friday after coming back to work after Christmas, so it feels even nicer
Last Week - 192lbs
This Week - 191lbs
Loss - 1lb would have liked more, but I'll take it and celebrate. Has anyone actually picked up something that weighs 1lb? It is surprising how heavy that sucker is!!!
Total Loss - 75lbs
Next Goal to reach 185lbs (overweight BMI)
I am home... 2 weeks and 2 days away from the scale and the routine. and 2 weeks away from 'normal' food. I lived in a motel so my food choices were limited, carb rich. and I munched a bunch due to the BORING nature of a motel life.
that being said:
current weight: 156 lbs
December 15th weight: 158 lbs
loss in three weeks: 2 lbs.
total loss 119 lbs
Last Week ~ 165lbs
This Week ~ 163lbs
Loss ~ 2lbs Yay! The scale started moving again after stopping for like 3 weeks!
Total Loss ~ 102lbs
Good luck to everyone with their goals! I hope we all succeed in making them!!! My next goal is to be at my goal of 135 by my surgiversary 5/22... I have my fingers crossed!

With my period starting yesterday and the horribly bloated feeling I have today, I'm thinking of not weighing until next Friday. PLUS, I've been weighing on my mom's scales and I really can't take the heart ache of weighing on the scales here and gaining b/c of the scale difference. If I feel better tomorrow I may go up to my mom's and weigh...we'll see.

OMG!!!! I always weigh lighter during my period. Everyone has always told me that was weird. Well, I guess losing weight is making me more "normal". I weighed today and the scales said 226.6..WTF that is a 3.8 gain!!!!!! I'm trying hard not to get depressed about it. I mean could I ACTUALLY GAIN 4 pounds in week????
I'm proud of myself for at least posting b/c I started to ignore it!
