Its been a lonnnnnnng time!!

Hey Everyone t has been such a long time or at least I feel it has!! How is everyone?? Well and losing I hope. Just wanted to stop in and say hello.........my laptop was down. Simone

Long time for me too. THis is the first time EVER that I have lost weight during the holidays. I am down 4 lbs after a three week plateau of nothing. I feel good. How about all of you? Total loss since this journey started- 172lbs- 118 since May surgery. Glad to see you here.

I am on a SERIOUS PLATEAU!!!!!!! Its been about 4 weeks since I really lost. I went on a cruise in November and gained 4 lbs came back around november 30th and lost 7 lbs and the scale has been PISSED with me every since!!

Hey Simone, Glad your back. How was the cruise???? I bet you had a blast..... oh the food.... I loved the food that they had when my husband and took a cruise. It was nonstop and all oh so good. Think of it this way... before the surgery you probably would have gained pounds between the cruise and the holidays and you didn't! Congrats to you. New Year, New Start. I haven't been on the boards in awhile and it is good to be back... it really gives me more inspiration. Kristen

Hi Simone good to have you back. How are things? My loss has been slow, but it is great to actually say loss and not gain like I used to before WLS!!! So I'm pleased Next year can only get better

Hi Simone, Sounds like you have really been enjoying life! Good for you! I have been at the same weight for over 1 month now, I go up a lb or 2 then go down 5 then stablize right back here - its frustrating but ya know what I really enjoy? I LOVE the fact that while last year Detroit was named the "fattest big city" ( yes, I felt personally responsible for that) This new year I wont be a part of that designation and neither will you!!! Whooo hooo - its great to no longer be a part of the reason Detroit gets a bad rap! Kathryn
