I am going to play with all the pretty women this week! I never do weigh-in but I think I need to before the Holidays. Last week - 221 This week - 219 Pre-Surgery - 355 Total weight loss - 136 lbs Goal weight - 210 (9 lbs till goal) You guys are all doing great. Nice to see how far everyone has come! Josh

After the emotional eating and cookie consumption it is with no great surprise that I have to type: beginning weight: 342 last week: 222 monday: 219 today: 223
