WOW Moment For Me!

Hi! My brother and his wife are having an open house and I'll be seeing alot of people I haven't seen in a few months. I went into TJ Maxx and began hunting, now usually that type of hunting makes me nuts but i was into it. There was a beautiful suede blazer but i thought it'll never fit! Low and behold it fit, then i thought it'll never button even though i won't wear it buttoned, HEY it buttoned. It's a beautiful salmon color which goes great with my blonde hair. For the first time in about 15 years i bought an article of clothing simply because i really liked it and not just because it fit me! Gosh that felt great! Happy Hollandaise and Peas on Earth. ANDI

Thats wonderful Andi I understand how you feel. I always got clothes (because they fit). and (to help hide my fat).. Now I am starting to get stuff I like.. Its still frustrating and I still have a fear of going into a store where they might not have my size (16)... have fun, I'm sure you will look great! Jean

Hi Andi! That is awesome! I bet that new blazer looks gorgeous on you!!! You will feel so great to dress up and go to that open house. Good for you! I recently bought a pair of shoes at TJMaxx ... kind of an olive green suede high heels that are open in the back. They look great with jeans! Anyway, it's fun to go shopping and buy things we would have never worn before! Deanna

Oh yes Andi that is a great wow moment. I have bought clothes 'because they fit' and not just for the pure fact that I liked them for so many years I don't remember not doing it. So to get to the point of actually choosing clothes is amazing PS. Happy Hunnukah (hope that's appropriate and not too late!)
