Surgery weight ~ 265 Last week ~ 169.5 This week ~ 167.5 Loss ~ 2 lbs Total Loss ~ 97.5 lbs!! 9 days left to lose 2.5 lbs... I have my fingers crossed!

Still at 171-- Haven't weighed in the past few days because of the monthly visitor. Hoping to lose next week. Down 104 pounds... Only 41 pounds to my goal...

I've put this off for 2 days now!! Last week 227 This week 227 Loss this week = 0, nada, nothing, GGGRRRRRRRRR The thing is I know what I'm doing wrong...I'm eating too many carbs, not enough protein, not getting in enough water, and testing my sugar limits with my pouch. I am so flippin' mad at myself right now. I'm so scared I'm gonna fall back into those old nasty habits and undo all the great things I've worked so hard on the last 6 1/2 months. I'm just depressed and in a pissy mood. Christmas is here and I'm down 105 pounds so I should be ecstatic not grouchy. Why can't I just slap myself and "get back to basics"???? Thanks for letting me ramble. I truly hope this will be a better week for me. Mandy

Hey Mandy This is ONE week out of the rest of your life. And this is your NEW life not your old life. This life is the one where you will not fall off the wagon back into old habits. You have the skills and ability now to know when to stop. So you didn't do good this week - well pick yourself up dust yourself off and start all over again (sing along with me....). You have done SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO well. You have lost 105lbs, never to be seen again. You'll get back onto the narrow path soon enough. Did you go crazy over Thanksgiving - no, will you go crazy over Christmas, probably not, but if you do, you know what to do to get back on track. So, even if you have the odd bad day, week, month, don't beat yourself up and don't get in a funk, as, if you are like me, that is what sends me to the food!!!!!!! Have a great week, maybe this will shock your body systems somehow into loosing a ton next week??????????!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

starting weight 264 Last week...158 This week...158 Goal 150 (by doc) My goal 135 Nothing but I getting close to that time... Just wait til I start riding my back.. I hope to see some major drops than..hehe

Starting Weight......240 Last week.........162 This week.........158 Goal......120 Total lost so far.......82 Will I make it to goal??? not sure. Some days just doesn't seem possible. I'm still in a size 14. I went clothes shopping on saturday and that was fabulous! Haven't really done a full day like that...more just picked stuff up here and there. I fit into size large tops, which is still mind boggling to me. Pants tho, i'm still size 14...ready for that to be a 12. My goal is either an 8 or 10. Crossing my fingers that I'll make it. Hopefully the exercise I started this week will help!
