My birthday cake I wanted a cake for my birthday but wanted sugar free and something with fruit so I decided to invent my own. My family loved it so I decided to share 1 S/f angle food cake cut in ½ for layering 1 box s/f Jell-O white chocolate pudding mixed with just enough milk (I used 2%) to make it spread able 1 box s/f Jell-O cheesecake pudding mixed the same way Whipping cream 1 large container Splenda granduals (sp) Strawberries cut in slivers Blackberries Raspberries After I cut the cake I put the top aside and put 1 layer of the pudding (white chocolate on first then a layer of (mostly strawberries) Then a layer of the other pudding (cheesecake) and some fruit I put the other ½ of the cake on top. Then I whipped the cream with some splenda (to taste) and until the cream made a nice stiff whipped cream and used that as icing for the cake. I filled the hole (in the center of the cake) with fruit, and whipped cream, then put fruit on the top and around the bottom of the cake. It was yummy and I thought it would look cool if (another time) I made it and used food coloring, or another type of pudding (s/f) Anyway... I wanted to share.. (It was yummy)
