I know many of us signed up for this! How is everyone doing?? I initialy challenged myself to be at 199 by New Year's Day, but I know there is no possible way for me to lose 28 pounds in 21 days. So the goal I've been striving towards is being the in the 2-teens. I never remember weighing less than 230 much less 220. So my goal is 219 by Christmas Day. Current weight is 227. Good Luck Everyone. Mandy

Hi Mandy - My goal is still onederland by Christmas - I am at 209 today - so 10 lbs to go. I am working hard, but have been a bit lax on the exercise due to illness. I hope to get back to workouts tomorrow. Thanks for keeping us on track. Gaye

Go, Mandy, Go! You can do it!!! My goal is to get down to 182 by Christmas. As of last week, I'm at 189. If I get down to 182, that would be a total loss of 125 pounds and I would be in the "overweight" BMI category instead of "obese." Cannot wait for that day!!! Deanna
