I've just got to post to keep my self hyped up about this. lol I've drank 8oz of water with my vitamins this a.m. I've already got in 16 oz of decaf. splenda sweetened coffee. I'm about to drink my 8oz of skim milk. WOO HOO! Chug Chug. Good luck with your various challenges this week. Mandy

8oz of water w/ Vitamins 16 oz decaf splenda-sweetened coffee 16 oz decaf splenda sweetened tea 16 oz of Crystal Light Thats 56 and I'm about to go take my p.m. vitamins so I'll be sure to drink 8 oz!! YAY I made 64!!!!

today was so very not a good day. I swear, I am just falling off the wagon. B: -0- L: -0- D: baked beans, mashed potatoes and gravy S: steak S: chicken FLUIDS: 4 oz diet coke 2 oz mcflurry 8 oz hot tea 3 oz water my own fault for not paying attention to anything but my work. and yes, it is 16 hours later and I am still at it. but only 8 days to go and then I will be DONE.

Ok i've got 35oz of Propel water in and a quart of hot & sour soup, i'm so full i can't even stand myself! I went to the gym and worked out like i was supposed to, I had to go back to basics as my body forgot we had been to the gym all summer long. Hugs, ANDI

I've gotten 30 oz in so far. I have to go to WalMart after work to pick up some things I need for my students tomorrow. Then I PLAN to go to the gym, but by 6:30 I'm just not sure how much energy I will have left!
