Cut out carbs and candy. Those bite size chocolates just keep calling my name. I'm thinking of changing it so they dont' know who I am any more I will be in control and they will not control me I will be in control and they will not control me I will be in control and they will not control me I will be in control and they will not control me.............................

Hi Ruthie! Is there any way you can get carb control candy, I'm not sure what "stuff" they have over by you but i'd be willing to send you some if you need/want. The great thing about the sugar free/carb control candy is that you eat more then 2-3 pieces and you'll be in the bathroom for a significant amount of time and you'll be unhappy while you are there. I believe you have the power within you to make the necessary changes to get y ou the weight loss you want. I am entering PMS week so i know i am going to weigh heavy, I can feel it! I guess my next question is if i'm retaining water how can i get rid of it? Have a wonderful week and keep posting me of your success over those carbs, i have faith you can win the control game. What an awesome picture of you, you look fantabulous! Tell me exactly what you are going to do to "workout" are you going for 2 miles on the treadmill, some quality time on the elliptical, make your goals specific and measurable and they'll be a rousing success. I'm diligiently trying to get in my fluids today, we went to a holiday party and I ate like piglet and i need to get rid of it! Be Well and know that i think you can make life changes that are going to get the weight loss jump started again. ANDI

I usually do 3 miles on the bike and 2 on the treadmill 3x's per week and strength training for 30 min as well with a personal trainer every other week.(although the last 3 weeks I have been traveling and so busy I have been slacking)... I just put some new pictures up My new avitar with my daughter(not sure its working yet)... they don't seem to transfer over as well.... You need to get one up I'm sure you look great! Jean
