Week 2 - What Small, Measurable Changes Will YOU make this week?
Hi! Last week i did liquids, i'm still not up to 64oz but i'm significantly better then I was prior to that. So now i've got a conundrum, do I keep the liquids till i get to 64 oz or do i move on and still know in the back of my mind that i've got to keep up the liquids?
Ok this week i'm going to exercise! I've got a one month free gym membership and I'm going to use it! I won't say every day but i'm going to say that i'm going to use it at least 4 out of (7) days! If that works i'll up it to 5 times the week after! I think once i start going to the gym my liquid intake will go up dramatically. WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO THIS WEEK TO MAKE POSITIVE CHANGES? woohooo Juanita on the weight loss i'm so very proud of you! Watching carbs seems to be a big issue at the holiday season, they are just everywhere you look now! Good Morning Trish! Now i have to ask you a question, when you say I did not do well last week, tell me what you mean please? Did you try to get in more then you did the week before and did you succeed on any of your days? Make sure y our change is measurable, I drink my fluids out of a 20oz bottle so that i know how much i'm getting in (3 bottles and a bathroom cup is my goal per day)! How did you do overall last week? Yesterday i think i made it to 60oz which i thought was phenomenal and now i'm serioiusly determined to make it to 64oz today. The challenge is that you need to see the bathroom from wherever you are i get frantic if i move to far away from it.
