Hi, well, it's the end of the week? How have you done getting in your liquids, eating protein's first, exercising, staying positive and focused at this crazy holiday season! I am still struggling to get in the 64oz but at least i'm somewhere in the 50's which means i can make it to the goal if i just strive. I think we can make some positive changes if we all just stick together. Hugs, ANDI

Hi Andi I have been trying with the liquids but are falling short. I did get in 1/2 piture of crystal light and a c of coffee yesterday... next week exercising is a priorty(I do plan on dancing the night away again this saturday).. This week is crazy with family but am doing well with protein... Jean

Good Morning Jean! Keep up the liquids though, it'll be easier when you start exercising. I always get in more liquids when i exercise! Tonight i am starting my belly dancing classes, which i used to take and very much love! Hugs, ANDI

Andi, I think it is TERRIFIC that you are taking belly dancing classes again! I have always secretly wanted to try this but have been too scared to try. Maybe some day I'll work up the courage to check it out! Let us know how your class goes! Deanna

I used to take classes with the instructor back when i was 80lbs heavier and it made me feel so wonderful. I was in touch with my body and i felt beautiful even th ough i really wasn't. It makes you very aware of your body as a woman and it makes you realize that no matter what size you are, you are worthy of dancing. I am telling you, if you do nothing else this year take a belly dancing class for beginner's. It's a work out like no other too. Hugs, ANDI

I had a blast and i was sweating like a piglet! Be Well and get in those liquids and proteins today. I've got 20oz of lemonade in thus far, some coffee and some hot and sour soup and it's only 7:36am....can you say that Andi has insomnia. Be Well,ANDI

I have done very well. I have taken my vitamins and meds everyday and I have had no "foriegn" food (cookie dough, popcorn, mashed potatoes) in my mouth. I did up my fluid intake to over 64 oz yesterday, but I gained 2 pounds. I guess it is water weight. That is frustrating. How are you doing Andi??

Hi Danice! Don't you fret sugar your body will realize that it's gonna get more liquids on a regular basis and it's going to give you back those 2 pounds in spades. I'm doing pretty well here. It's brutally cold and that makes me not want to drink but i figure i'm going to get some decaf coffee into me and that should help quite a bit! I have taken my vitamins which makes me so proud of me. Tonight i'm taking belly dance lessos which are great i sweat up a storm. Hugs, ANDI what are you thinking of changing for next week?
