Day 5 - How's The Attempt At Change Coming?
Hi, well, it's the end of the week? How have you done getting in your liquids, eating protein's first, exercising, staying positive and focused at this crazy holiday season! I am still struggling to get in the 64oz but at least i'm somewhere in the 50's which means i can make it to the goal if i just strive. I think we can make some positive changes if we all just stick together. Hugs, ANDI

I have been trying with the liquids but are falling short. I did get in 1/2 piture of crystal light and a c of coffee yesterday... next week exercising is a priorty(I do plan on dancing the night away again this saturday).. This week is crazy with family but am doing well with protein...

I used to take classes with the instructor back when i was 80lbs heavier and it made me feel so wonderful. I was in touch with my body and i felt beautiful even th ough i really wasn't. It makes you very aware of your body as a woman and it makes you realize that no matter what size you are, you are worthy of dancing. I am telling you, if you do nothing else this year take a belly dancing class for beginner's. It's a work out like no other too. Hugs, ANDI
Hi Danice! Don't you fret sugar your body will realize that it's gonna get more liquids on a regular basis and it's going to give you back those 2 pounds in spades. I'm doing pretty well here. It's brutally cold and that makes me not want to drink but i figure i'm going to get some decaf coffee into me and that should help quite a bit! I have taken my vitamins which makes me so proud of me. Tonight i'm taking belly dance lessos which are great i sweat up a storm. Hugs, ANDI what are you thinking of changing for next week?
