4oz water w/ vitamins
7:45 a.m. 8 oz milk (8g)
10 oz crystal light
10:30 a.m. - 3 oz tuna w/ a tsp of light mayo and 4 triscuits (21 g)
4 oz tea decaf w/ splenda (i'll fini**** later)
1:15 p.m. pack of lance cheese crackers BAD BAD
I hope to get in 20 oz more of fluids before I finish work at 5:00
No clue about dinner yet.....I'm thinking maybe a low carb wrap from Subway

Well the good thing I did today was get all my fluids in. Now to admit to my poor choices
B - nothing
S - 2 plain cookies
L - 1 boiled egg with 1 lite laughing cow cheese wedge
S - Packet chips + 2 bite size pre-wrapped chocolates
D - 1 cup bolognaise sauce (at least I didn't have any pasta with it!)
S - 1/2 large double chocolate chip muffin
S - 2 chocolates again
We've put out the holiday candy and I am falling back into my old habits. I'm finding it so hard to say no. I'm disappointed and frustrated with myself
I wasn't going to post this as I don't like admitting it. But I thought it might help someone else who is struggling at the moment too. Those of us who don't have iron wills are not alone
So today (Thursday) I'm back to basics to try and give myself boundaries again. This journey is HARD WORK. It is definitely NOT the easy option.
Well my mom called and I met her dad at a small restaurant in a one-light town (lol truly only one traffic light) before we went to church. We had thin crust pizza. It was the square kind. I ate 1 1/2 squares which is about 1/2 slice of regular thin crust pizza and I had 1 "hot" wing w/ a little ranch dip. Not the best choice, but i was very satisfied and Hey this is about living a life not a diet right?
