Finally!
I'm so glad I came here this morning. I was going to post about how much (or how little) I lost this month and then see that some of you have been stalled for a month now as well.
My weight the last few weeks, especially this week is totally baffling me. Need help, please!
At the end of October I was 162. Then I remeasured on the 27th of November and went down to 155-156. Very little inches lost, too. Maybe a 1/2 inch here or there, none in the bust. So that was on a Monday, went to weigh in on Wednesday-weighed 159. WTF!?!?! How is that possible? I would have had to consume over 11,000 calories in two days. So I thought, alright it is almost that time of the month, perhaps it is water weight. So on Friday, I weigh in and I'm 157 again. Ok, better going in the right direction. NOW yesterday, Monday, I weigh in I'm back to 158-159. So I worked out hard and when I left I was almost 158 again.
What the heck is going on??????
I'm frustrated as heck that I only lost like 6-7 lbs in a complete month and then in one week to be bouncing back and forth between 3 and 4 pounds. Getting seriously annoyed. I have not eaten anything that could have caused this type of damage.
Please help.
