so far I had 6 oz of water w/ a.m. vitamins 16 oz of crystal light 8:45 - 2 lance crackers 10:30 - 3 Beef teriyaki bites (school lunchroom food) 1:30 - left over Olive garden Asiago Chicken Snack will be some smoked swiss cheese and baked pita chips when I get home and dinner I'm not sure about yet

So far I have had 32 oz crystal light iced tea Breakfast 2 oz shaved 98% fat free black forest ham 17 grams protein 1 thin slice weigh****chers multigrain bread 2 grams protein Lunch 1 cup Buffalo Chicken Chili 22 grams protein Dinner(probably) 1 cup Buffalo Chicken Chili 22 grams protein All vitamins taken for the day and supplements and regular meds Calcium will be tonite.

Yes I make it and it is really yummy. Here is the recipe: 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts boiled cooled and shredded 1 c shredded carrots I put them in the food processor 1 c shredded onions 1 c shredded celery 1 c shredded green peppers 1 tbls minced garlic Salt and pepper to taste 3 cans diced tomatoes 2 cups chicken broth 2 tbls chili powder 1/4 cup hot sauce a little less if you dont like it to spicy In large pot with tiny amount of olive oil add carrots, onions,celery,green peppers and saute for about 5 min to soften veggies just a bit. Add tomoatoes, garlic, salt and pepper. Pour in chicken stock and add chili powder and hot sauce then add shredded chicken. I let it simmer for a few hours to get all the flavor into the chicken.

B-8oz nectar protien shake -23g protien l-met rx protien bar -19g protien d- ? Probably tacos no shell though just the meat cheese tomatoes sour cream refried beans lettuce and guacamole mmmmm sounds good yep thats what I'm gonna have -protien I have know idea I still cant figure out how much protien is in my meat and cheese I cant figure out size very well total meat and beans 1/4 cup total with everything 1/2 cup appx

accountability good. vitamin - 1 breakfast - 0 - vitamin - 1 lunch-0- vitamin - 1 drink 4 oz tea snack 1.125 oz porkchop snack hand full of p'butter kix snack chocolate cup snack 1.125 oz sliced ham lunch meat goal: dinner: 3 oz new england chowder soup 20 oz B12 Zipfizz today was WRETCHED HORRIBLE STRESSFUL ICKY DAY, I felt completely overwhelmed, stressed out, ill, and irritable and out of sync I hope that tomorrow is MUCH better since WEDNESDAY is a VERY stressful portrait day at a daycare.

B= coffee L=1/2 C chili D= small burger patty about 2 or 3 Oz and some lettuceand 1 slice cheese on top S= soy chips with Artichoke/spinach dip about 1/4C and 5 chips
