I know Kat doesn't eat soft protein (you are way more disciplined than me Kat hee hee), but I do and there are others here that do, so here's what I found today. If you mix a hard boiled egg together with 1 wedge of lite laughing cow cheese it taste delicious! I just had a very yummy lunch I didn't have any mayo so tried this instead. I think it is better for me than mayo being protein - what do you think?

I've just recently tried the laughin cheese wedges but I noticed 1 wedge only has like 2 grams of protein??? Is this the same LC cheese you're talking about. I was disappointed. Don't get me wrong I LOVE it!!!! but just wanted to make sure that there isn't another type of LC cheese beside what my small town grocery store has. The new creation sounds YUMMY by the way.

Ok.. so I must be a newbie.. what is soft protein. do u mean cheese.. chili.. things that go down easy. If thats what it is ... I live on soft protein. I've noticed when I eat things that are dense, I fill up quicker and also get a little discomfort in the tummy area. I do try and eat dense foods at least once a day but would rather make it easy on myself with the soft stuff. I think its because I am still not hungry and eat only because I have to. There is no real joy in eating anymore. Not that I am complaining either... 104 gone forever.

your gonna get me in trouble. heehee sadly I do eat soft proteins, cottage cheese every morning, but I am seeing the results in my blood work, so I am cutting back drastically. I am thinking that 1x a week is better than 7 for me. Kat
