What One Change Will You Make This Week?
((((((((Trish)))))))))))))) welcome aboard! You're going to be a rousing success at this because if you only got in 2 cups yesterday then today you can double or triple that easily! Take at least one cup with your vitamins, one at midday, one after lunch, one after afternoon "snack" and one before or after dinner and you'll be on your road to rehydration! Remember, it also counts if you do crystal light, decaf coffee, diet snapple, diet iced tea or diet lemonade you name it diet and we can drink it and count it towards our liquids....our aim is a minimum of 64oz per day. We won't be on OH much becuase we'll be in the bathroom but it'll give us some time to read short stories, i.e. readers digest stuff. Be Well, ANDI

I have a big problem getting enough fluid in. I keep getting bladder infections from being dehydrated. So I am making an effort and making a big picture of crystal light and making sure I drink it... Which is very hard for me!... I have been out of town for the past 3 weeks and exercising has been sporadic at best... so that's going to be a goal as well....

Welcome home, i know that being out of town wreaks havoc with our eating/drinking but today is a brand new today fraught with possibilities and you can seize it and we'll all move forward together! I want to join also. I have been eating things I should not have (caramel popcorn, Danish Butter cookies) because when I walk past them they call my name. So I am not going to snack at all, and especially not eat the things that I am not supposed to have. I also vow to take my medicine. I am freezing and it is 70+ in the house, and I finally realized the the reason I am so cold is that I have not taken my Synthroid in a couple of weeks, and I have not taken my vitamins in a month.
So I am going to change both of those behaviors.

I drink constantly so I dont have that problem.... My big problem is exercise. I just dont do it. If I get out of my chair at work.. its to get a drink..lol. I play computer games when I get home and never leave my pc. I know I am bad. This weekend, I turned off the game and decorated my house for the light up this weekend.. have u figure out i live in a christmas light district yet. oh yeah.. 5000 lights we put up this week, grr.. now the fun traffic time comes. dont do anything at night, you wont get back home. So I am gonna commit to exercising.. Now I didnt say how much.. but I am gonna exercise. Does typing count as exercise... my fingers are moving..lol
