What One Change Will You Make This Week?
Hi one and all! I've had some back sliding the last few weeks, i've not been drinking all my liquids nor getting in as much protein, exercise is sporadic and i've been snacking/grazing. I've also been losing rather slowly which is upsetting me, i know why it's happening and i want it to stop now before it gets out of hand.
I've decided that each week i'm going to try one new thing or make one change. Anyone want to jump on the band wagon with me so we can hold each other accountable? This week i'm going to get in at LEAST 64oz of liquid each day! I'll see how much i lose this week and then i can decide what i want to do for next week. PLEASE don't make me go through this alone, someone join me! Hugs, ANDI
depends on how big your glasses are, i've got 12 ounce glasses so for me that would be (6) glasses or a little over 5 really. As of now i'm at about 51 ounces and i feel so water logged i can't even stand myself. On the other hand i'm pretty full which is a good sign! What's odd, is that i haven't piddled in a while so i'm wondering if i was dehydrated and now i'm rehydrating and my body is absorbing all the extra liquid. I made a real effort yesterday to push fluids and i think i got close to the 50oz mark which is fabulous for me, i did feel like a floatation device, but i bet that feeling will go away in a few days as will the excess weight! My question is, does a protein drink count as a liquid as well as a protein source? Be Well, ANDI
